Aleesha Young is establishing herself as the top female bodybuilder professional in the final quarter of 2010s. Aleesha was born in 1984 to an athlete family. The siblings of her played various athletics, including hockey and ice skating. Aleesha had played sports before including softball, soccer and basketball. Her professional card was issued after she won NPC USA Championships. However, she began competing in the year 2008. She was also a participant in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro in which she was ranked ninth. In 2015 she held onto her 9th place. Aleesha was a participant in her first IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships both in the years 2015 and 2016. The first time she competed professionally was that of the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. She was steadily getting better and was crowned winner after winning the Chicago Pro Championships. In the year 2020, the bodybuilder had the best WOS rising-phoenix show when she placed 4th. The "World's strong mom" needed to stop her training because of her health.
