While the adage of 'hands in face space' is sure to be part of our ongoing program, it's clear that the confidence building is evident and face-to-face reconnections are being made. Rotary, however, has developed. While we are in the summer months in 2021 there remains a continuing level of uncertainty regarding how our social service includes the highly valued interpersonal connections that have been enjoyed by Rotary participants in the past. While the traditional 'hands in face space' will undoubtedly remain a part of our daily program, it's clear that the confidence building is evident and more face-to-face connections are happening. Rotary is, however, having evolved. Rotary is a network that helps build lasting relationships. The outbreak has forced us to improve our technological methods. We maintain our business on the internet, while introducing a new volunteer and social activities. In order to create a new exciting future, we've embraced the new possibilities and merged them with some of our most successful pre-pandemic behaviors.
